  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or product delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Terraflora LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at florix590@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging for review.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
