We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as live plants, flowers, or other organic materials)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


3. Return Process

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Do not send any items back without prior authorization.


4. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, email florix590@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
